While few other profession comes to mind but the common thing in all would have been about fixing a broken process.

Right now many a times I find myself humming the nursery rhymes of my 3-year-old.

One Book to read when you want to motivate yourselves?

Any book from Richard Feynman - because of the positivity he enthuses.

Masai Mara, Kenya to watch the great migration.

Bear - physically not that active but vigilant, watchful and always ready to pounce on an opportunity.

A Movie Character you most resemble or resonate with?

The frustrations of George Costanza from the sitcom Seinfeld can resonate with many.

a) Marvel or DC - It would be a coin toss as I don’t know either of them.

b) Batman or Superman - Superman - the impression I have about him is that he rose from a very humble background.

c) Tom or Jerry - Tom because I feel bad for him as Jerry always has the last laugh!

d) Chacha Chaudhary or Super Commando Dhruv - Chacha Chaudhary because he arrived exactly when I was in ‘that’ age!

If your life was to be turned into a movie who would you like to play your part?

Farooq Sheikh - unfortunately, he has passed away but will make an earnest request to play the role when I meet him up there.

Luck or Hard Work, What do you think weighs more in defining a successful Person?

Hard work. You can get lucky sometimes, but hard work will make sure you are lucky most of the times.

One best decision you ever made?

Spend my life with my better half - Ritu.

A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life?

Spend some time to understand the other side!

Whose advice you seek when in dilemma?

Right now besides my wife on personal front it is Kapil and Sachin (the other two co-founders)

What has been your biggest achievement?

Convincing many dozens of extremely talented individuals to join hands at RailYatri.

One thing that you want to change in yourself?

Bite my nails.
