uFaber Plans To Hire Over 1,000 Employees In Six Months; Offering WFH

uFaber is an Edutech startup, gearing up to increase its workforce over the next six months.

The ed-tech startup that offers personalised learning solutions, currently the company has 2,800 trainers and wants to expand the team over a period of one year. The company is aiming to expand its subscriber base from 60,000 to 1 lakh across offerings.

uFaber recorded a revenue of Rs 35 crore in 2020-21 and aims to triple it to Rs 100 crore in the current fiscal by increasing subscriptions and growth in user base. “Our bet on hyper-personalized learning with trainers at the centre is paying off,” Rohit Jain, Co-founder, and Chief Executive of uFaber Edutech said. “As the pandemic forced the shift to online learning, parents are seeking learning options other than the curriculum for their children, and they find the value of an expert trainer personally coaching their child quite attractive.”

uFaber has identified the potential of qualified women professionals working from home with its “eMaester” programme, which currently has 2,800 women trainers. The firm currently has 3,000+ hours of video content and a base of 60,000+ students.
