Wipro is all set to roll out a single digit salary hike along with some promotions effective 1st December 2020. The IT service exporter has finalized pay hike for eligible employees at B3 and below levels.

Analyst seems to suggest that IT companies are seeing a return of near pre covid demand for IT services with TCS rolling out pay hikes for all its employees effective from 1st October. Infosys also announced a salary hike for all employees beginning January next year.

The return of hiring demand across four IT ecosystems that is product, GICs, service and startups means that there is a need to address increments which were caused during the onset of pandemic.
