Upskilling Becomes Prime Focus With the Onset Of 5G Era At Airtel
After checking the loopholes and gaps within the existing workforce and their skills, Airtel has planned to upskill the current workers
The news of Bahrti Airtel upskilling close to 20,000 people from its workforce shouldn't come as surprise, since the news of 5G rollout.
Amrita Padda, chief individuals officer, Bharti Airtel said, “Nearly 20,000 professionals within the Airtel ecosystem have been educated within the fundamentals of IP know-how in preparation for the 5G rollout.”
“This is our way of investing in the workforce for the future,” Amrita added.
The academies supply fundamental and superior degree ability programmes throughout features. These embody certification programs such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional).
