Ugam To Recruit Over 1000 Fresh Graduates In India
In June 2021, Ugam announced plans to hire over 1300 analytics and technology professionals. To keep up with the growth momentum, the company will further add over 1000 graduates to its current 3000-person team
Ugam, a Merkle company, and a leader in analytics & technology, plans to hire over 1000 fresh graduates from top colleges in India. Towards this, Ugam is visiting 75+ leading higher education institutes to interview final year students specializing in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics and Management studies.
Ugam, recently certified as a Great Place to Work, has doubled the number of its people since the onset of the pandemic. In June 2021, Ugam announced plans to hire over 1300 analytics and technology professionals. To keep up with the growth momentum, the company will further add over 1000 graduates to its current 3000-person team.
This expansion will support Ugam’s accelerated business growth due to digital transformation. It will also enable Ugam to continue playing a key role in driving customer experience transformations with Merkle. In fact, Ugam now constitutes 25% of Merkle’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) team strength.

The awards celebrated excellence among high-performing interns who are skilled problem solvers, inquisitive learners, and effective communicators.
