A post by a former Twitter employee explains how he was laid off overnight and offered 3 months' pay as severance. but to the amazement of many, he was called back shortly, being regarded as  "critical talent."

And this wasn't enough, last night again he was abruptly fired from his present position without any specific reason. meanwhile, he was again offered 4 weeks' severance.

The ex-employee took this instance to Twitter and explained the plight of being treated this way amidst thanksgiving break.

Further, the purpose of the post wasn't just to bring to light the in-human approach of Twitter, he is further urging lawyers specializing in labour issues to kindly reach out to him for further steps and even help him in seeking a new job as he is on H1B and has mere 60 days to loo for a new job.
