TenderCuts, India’s first and largest omnichannel meat and seafood retail brand, has roped in industry experts to lead important verticals of Marketing and Finance. Aruna Jathar joins as Chief Marketing Officer while Satya Rakesh as Chief Financial Officer.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Aruna Jathar will be based out of the company’s Bangalore office along with the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer Satya Rakesh

Aruna, is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in brand building and creating innovative marketing strategies across Telecommunication, Consumer Durables and FMCG retail sectors and with an in-depth data-driven application. She has led Customer and Marketing strategies, brand, digital, content and CRM initiatives in multinationals across India, UK and Asia Pacific regions. She has also worked in Telecom and Loyalty sectors in London, UK.

Prior to TenderCuts, Aruna served in key roles at Wyndham Destinations (RCI), Dell Technologies, Metro Cash and Carry and Airtel. Her area of competence includes branding, marketing, communication, CRM, customer experience, and digital demand framework.

Satya, a Chartered Accountant, and a Company Secretary, comes to TenderCuts with over 10-years of experience across various functions of finance in consumer space. He comes with rich knowledge in the fields of strategy planning, budgeting, financial accounting and management, investment management and relations.

His deep understanding of business brings rigor to financial performance of the company. Satya has also handled multiple business restructuring projects and prior to TenderCuts, he worked with Arvind Group, MedPlus and Aditya Birla Group in different roles.
