"The changing times required us to work separately which reduced the zeal for targeted completion of a delivery. But, we remained committed by dissolving organisational hierarchies and bringing everybody on the similar level", he added.

"The idea of everyone coming together from their respective spaces and contributing to a mutual goal made the task simpler for us", he stressed.

"The only way to enhance productivity is by invigorating a sense of psychological safety among the employees. As everybody gets exposed to precarious instances, the practice of ensuring such well-being ensures a climate of positivity and productivity", she said.

As the whole world slipped into vulnerable times, it became relatively easy for cybercriminals to carry out incriminating activities. Deliberating on which Nida Khanam, Chief Human Resource Officer, Omega Seiki Mobility, said that the most pragmatic way to tackle such issues will definitely require a paradigm shift in the awareness of people. Although the people at the top level will display the highest sense of responsibility but the onus lies on the commoners to be scrupulous about their data.

All the panelists concurred that consumers must prioritise an immediate shift of behaviour when it comes to data protection. This will undertake conscientious decisions on a mutual level for a progressive change.
