Srinivasa Rao Appointed As The Cluster Director Of HR At Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn

Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park has announced the appointments of Mr. Srinivasa Rao as the Cluster Director of Human Resources and the elevation of Mr. Sivan Raj as the Cluster Chief Engineer.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao with his acknowledged success in human resources; will spearhead talent management for the cluster. With a vast experience of over 22 years in the hospitality sector, his domain knowledge will enhance this key business function further. He has previously worked with Accor where he was the Director of Human Resources at Ibis-Novotel Bengaluru Techpark and Director of Talent & Culture at Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao brings functional expertise in leadership development, organization development, business HR process, talent management apart from core functions in HR department. His proficiency has been recognized by several awards, including Most Influential HR Leaders in India- in the Hospitality Sector by TIMES ascent, and National Winner of HR Person of the Year 2018 by BW Hotelier Indian Hospitality Awards.

Mr. Sivan Raj has been promoted as the Cluster Chief Engineer. With his industry-leading technical expertise, he will continue to be responsible for overall Engineering Operations at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park. Additionally, he will also oversee and extend strategic support to the Engineering Department at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf links. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry with various global locations and brands such as Hyatt, Marriott and RIU. He joined Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park as a pre-opening Chief Engineer and successfully opened the 619 keys Hilton Manyata complex including 60,000 square feet in area Convention Centre and 5 food and beverage outlets.
