SILA, a real estate platform, has named Sakshi Shahapure as its new group head - human resources (HR) to further the company's commitment to increasing employee strength, development and well-being.

"SILA has aggressive growth plans for which growing the employee base and working closely to create the entrepreneurial culture set forth by brother-duo Sahil and Rushabh is something I am looking forward to creating with the team and contributing to the growth and success of the organisation," Shahapure said on her appointment.

She previously oversaw the human resource business partner (HRBP) team at Reliance Jio Mart Digital. She was essential in establishing a substantial amount of the business and supporting teams through her capacity. She has nearly two decades of work experience and has worked with retail, ecommerce and real estate organisations, where she has played an important part in developing and refining employee capabilities.
