Reliance Retail gets Shathi Sharma onboard as VP-HR
Shathi brings over 20 years of experience in the domain and was previously associated with Dixcy Textiles, an apparel manufacturing company headquartered in Bangalore, as its CHRO
Shathi Sharma has been appointed as the new Vice President- HR by Reliance Retail.
Shathi brings over 20 years of experience in the domain and was previously associated with Dixcy Textiles, an apparel manufacturing company headquartered in Bangalore, as its CHRO.
A graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Shathi's expertise includes HR handling, processes and people strategy in sectors such as telecommunication, retail, manufacturing and banking.
Starting her career with GE as an Associate, she then moved to Emirates NBD as the manager, eventually working at Aditya Birla Group as the Retail HR for two years.
She was also associated with Telenor for three years as the HR Head Circle where she worked with USA and UK operations. Moving from Telenor she joined Landmark Group as the head of Human Development.
