Rajeev Singhal re-appointed as MD, Sanjib Nanda as CFO at Tata Steel BSL
Both Singhal and Nanda have been re-appointed for a period of one year, effective May 18, 2021

On Friday, Tata Steel BSL announced that its board had re-appointed Rajeev Singhal as the company's Managing Director. And also revealed in a BSE filing that Sanjib Nanda was re-appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
The company reportedly said, "Board of Directors at its meeting held today approved re-appointment of Rajeev Singhal as the MD of the company for a period of one year with effect from May 18, 2021, i.e. on the expiry of his present term on May 17, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders,"
Rajeev Singhal became the company's MD on May 18, 2018, along with Sanjib Nanda who joined as CFO at the same time whereas, Nanda's present term as CFO is expiring on May 17. Both Singhal and Nanda have been re-appointed for a period of one year, effective May 18, 2021.
