Raj Karunakaran Elevated To Business HR Leader, APAC At Cargill
Karunakaran has been elevated from the position of HR Head for South Asia at Cargill
Raj Karunakaran has been appointed as the Business HR Leader, APAC for Cargill, effective November 2023. He has been elevated from the position of HR Head for South Asia at Cargill.
He confirmed his appointment on LinkedIn, stating. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Business HR Leader, Plant - APAC (Cargill Animal Nutrition & Health) at Cargill!”
With more than two decades of experience in the HR field, Karunakaran is an expert in strategy formulation, organisation development, HR business partnering, culture building interventions, change management, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, training & development and performance management.
Prior to this, he served as the Director HR and Global HR Business Partner at Philips. He has also worked at Fidelity Investments, AstraZeneca India and Tech Mahindra.
