Hinduja Group commemorates the inclusion of few new appointments. Rahul Baunthiyal has been appointed as new Vice President HR and will be responsible for strategic HR projects and initiatives for the Hinduja Group.

He took to LinkedIn to confirm of his new stint," “I'm happy to announce that I’m starting a new position as Vice President HR for the Hinduja Group. I am very excited to be a part of this exceptionally dynamic and empowering group and cannot wait to see where this new chapter of my career will take me."

Further, he even wrote; “I would like to thank EY for such a rewarding experience and the leadership team and friends there who helped me flourish in my role and taught me more than I ever thought possible. At the same time, I am excited to start this new chapter with the Hinduja Group.” 

Prior to joining Hinduja Group, Baunthiyal has also worked with organisations like EY as Director – People Advisory Services, in TCS as a compensation benefits specialist and as HR business partner with ICICI Bank to name a few.
