Priyavrat Bhartia Takes Over As New MD Of Jubiland Pharmova, Starting Today
Priyavrat Bhartia is known to have been associated with the company since 2017, as a non-executive director
With the recent leadership change at Jubilant Pharmova's board, the has announced Priyavrat Bhartia as its new Managing Director.
Bhartia has taken over from Hari S Bhartia, who had resigned on May 31, 2023. However, he shall continue to be the Co-Chairman, and Non-executive director on the company’s board.
Priyavrat Bhartia is known to have been associated with the company since 2017, as a non-executive director.
Jubilant also stated that Group Chief Financial Officer Jubilant Bhartia Group & Whole-time Director assumed an additional charge of Chief Financial Officer of Jubilant Pharmova Ltd., which shall be effective from June 1, 2023.
The board of directors of the company has considered and approved the stated changes in its meeting held on May 29, 2023.
