Pazcare Appoints Kinshuk Chaturvedi As VP Retention & Operations

He has planned on focussing on leveraging technology to optimise operations and reduce service cost


Employee insurance and health benefits startup, Pazcare announced its appointment of Kinshuk Chaturvedi as the Vice President of Retention & Operations.

Kinshuk has 12+ years of experience working with organisations like Bridgestone India Pvt Ltd., Smart Living Retail, and Clear. For the initial 6 years of his career Kinshuk dedicated to Bridgetstone’s Plant Engineering Department where he learnt the importance of discipline in large-scale operations in a Business as he handled electrical maintenance of a few critical areas in the manufacturing unit. Before moving into the Indian start-up industry, he completed his MBA from IIM, Lucknow.

During his tenure at Clear, he was taking care of the Tax Expert BU and scaling the user base by 250% and revenue by 75%. Kinshuk has joined Pazcare and is going to be the VP of Retention & Onboarding ensuring that the experience of our existing customers and their employees becomes better and seamless. He will also focus on leveraging technology to optimise operations and reduce service cost. As Pazcare is scaling the organization, Kinshuk will add to its strong leadership to build a strong customer experience.
