Nordstrom has announced Lisa Price's appointment as chief human resources officer, beginning 6th November.

According to a news statement from the luxury department store behemoth, Price will assist with all aspects of human resources, including recruiting and succession planning; learning and development; recognition and retention; diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; and total rewards.

Price joins Nordstrom from Domino's Pizza, where she served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer since August. Price came to Domino's after spending five years as a member of Nordstrom's human resources team, most recently as executive vice president and chief human resources officer.

“With nearly three decades of experience driving and creating culture for large global organisations and previous experience working at Nordstrom, Lisa understands that the success of our business starts with our people,” shared Erik Nordstrom, chief executive officer, Nordstrom, Inc.

“I am thrilled to be rejoining the talented team at Nordstrom,” said Price.

Price's appointment comes just one month after Nordstrom announced a slew of management changes in its merchandising and store groups.
