Niren Srivastava Appointed As group CHRO At Motilal Oswal Financial Services
Prior to joining Motilal Oswal, he was associated with Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited as a EVP & Head - Human Resources, L&D & Administration
Motilal Oswal Financial Services has recently appointed Niren Srivastava as group CHRO.
He shall be taking the positing and duties, effective February onwards.
Srivastava comes with over 19 years of experience in human resources function in financial services across life and health insurance, mutual funds, and banking organisations.
Prior to joining Motilal Oswal, he was associated with Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited as a EVP & Head - Human Resources, L&D & Administration
He has experience handling key aspects of HR function, including HR business partnership, HRIT systems, organisational frameworks & span of controls, strategic workforce planning, industry & market benchmarking of HR practices, employee benefits and employee engagement, HR policies and processes.
An alumnus of IBS, Hyderabad, Srivastava also holds a Hogan Assessments Certification.
