Network International has appointed Nelly Boustany as its group chief human resources officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the group’s human resource function across the middle east and Africa region. She will also head the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives across the group.

With over two decades of experience in human resources, Boustany has worked for global organisations including Siemens, Nokia Networks and SAP, where she was responsible for business transformation, strategic expansion, efficiency and mergers and acquisitions.

Her last role was at SAP where she headed the HR Value Advisory team in EMEA South region. She served as the HR director at SAP, overseeing the middle east and North Africa region. She was responsible for implementing the company’s people strategy.
