NDTV Onboards 200 New Hires Post Adani Takeover

As part of an ambitious development strategy, the NDTV Network is undergoing major transformation. This action is viewed as critical in cementing the company's status as a major and important participant in the industry.

As per e4m report, according to sources, the NDTV Network has added almost 200 new members since the Adani acquisition. The Network has gone on a hiring binge, bringing on more than 150 new employees in the previous three months alone. 

The recruitment effort is extensive, embracing both traditional broadcasting and the digital sector. It includes crucial responsibilities in editorial, production, sales and marketing.

NDTV Network is investing in infrastructure and organising a deliberate transition to contemporary facilities in Mumbai and Delhi, in addition to increasing its human capital. These developments are in line with the network's long-term growth strategy, which aims to improve offerings for its growing audience.

NDTV Network is cementing its status with a rigorous recruitment drive and its recent push into regional markets with stations such as NDTV MP CG and NDTV Rajasthan.
