Motilal Oswal Private Equity Onboards Saptarshi Bhattacharya As Executive Group VP & CPO
Prior to joining his new role, he worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance
Saptarshi Bhattacharya has been named Executive Group Vice President and Chief People Officer at Motilal Oswal Private Equity.
"I'm happy to share that I'm starting a new position as Executive Group Vice President & Chief People Officer at Motilal Oswal Private Equity!" he confirmed on social media.
Bhattacharya is a veteran in the area of human resources with over 16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, HRBP, HR Analytics, and Employee Benefits. Prior to joining the organisation, he worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance.
He began his career as a management trainee at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and has held numerous leadership roles and served in multiple capacities before leaving the organisation. He graduated from the Army Institute of Management in Kolkata with a master's degree in business administration.
