Marico, one of India’s leading FMCG companies, has announced the launch of ‘The Marico Way’- a unique identity that brings together its purpose, ethos and refreshed values, charting a course for the organisation’s future. This strategic move is a testament to the company’s unwavering spirit to challenge the status quo, adapt to changing dynamics, and foster an environment that empowers members to embrace change and guide Marico in its journey towards becoming future-ready.

Marico has always made a conscious decision to build a company that is deeply rooted in Values that resonate with its customers, partners, and the community at large. These values have evolved over time, reflecting the company’s growing aspirations and the changing dynamics of the industry. As the organisation gears up for the next phase of growth, it was imperative to consolidate and renew this framework that is critical to its growth in the future. The Marico Way is not only designed to drive Marico closer to its ambitious goals but also to create an inclusive, socially responsible and forward-thinking company culture. It will provide a roadmap for the organisation to maintain a distinct identity and uphold a set of guiding values that lead to continued business success.

With a firm belief in the power of co-creation and to ensure that ‘The Marico Way’ framework resonates with its members and is aligned with the organisation’s vision for the future, Marico conducted extensive workshops and sessions involving over 150 participants from seven different regions. It was then carefully crafted based on cultural experiences, needs, and aspirations of the members and leadership through interviews, focus group discussions, surveys and workshops. These values will not only empower the members but also act as a bridge to connect with the demands and expectations of the emerging generation.

The ‘Marico Way’ will empower Marico members to align their actions, decisions, and organisational direction with a clear sense of purpose.
