Mansi Mehta was recently appointed as the head of human resources at Gypsy Moth, a fashion and lifestyle brand agency. Mehta will have a transformative role at the organisation, spearheading all HR initiatives, processes and strategy.

Her primary responsibilities will be to supervise HR workers, ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards, manage grievances and take disciplinary action as needed. She will also anticipate and address litigation risks, provide data analysis and HR metrics to senior management, and develop corporate plans for several HR areas such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, among others.

With a 12-year career in human resources, Mehta has gathered significant insights and polished her knowledge in a variety of areas. Mehta was previously involved with The Glitch, where she held the role of senior manager. In this role, she was responsible for strategic recruitment initiatives for different departments in Mumbai and Gurugram.

She has also worked for companies including MullenLowe Lintas, Adept Global, and 22Feet Tribal Worldwide.
