Landmark Group Appoints Harsh Aparanji As The New CHRO For India Business

Aparanji Succeeds Sandiep Batra as CHRO. Prior to joining Landmark Group, he worked with companies such as DXC Technology, Honeywell, Colgate Palmolive, and Tata Consulting.

Landmark Group has appointed Harsh Aparanji as new chief human resources officer (CHRO) for its India business.

Aparanji will now be focussing on building talent and capability while continuing to strengthen people-centric culture. Further, he will also be responsible for human resources functions of all business units, group talent management, compensation & benefits, workplace services, diversity and inclusion, internal communications, and corporate social responsibility.

Prior to joining Landmark Group, he worked with companies such as DXC Technology, Honeywell, Colgate Palmolive, and Tata Consulting.

In a span of 25 years, he has served in sectors like technology, IT services, FMCG and engineering.

With a rich experience in strategic business partnering, talent management, leadership development, performance & total rewards, and labour relations, he has led diverse HR teams to enable talent, engagement, and leadership capability across India, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
