JK Fenner India Names Sakthivel M As VP- Corporate HR
He has previously served at Vedanta Resources as the CHRO, Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Lakshmi Automatic Loom Works
Sakthivel M has been named Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at JK Fenner India.
Sakthivel confirmed his new position. "I'm happy to share that I'm starting a new position as Vice President Corporate Human Resources at JK Fenner (India) Ltd!," he posted on Linkedin.
He comes to JK Fenner with over 23 years of expertise in a variety of industries, including FMCG, textile, engineering, and natural resources. Sakthivel previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Vedanta Resources.
He has also previously worked for Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Lakshmi Automatic Loom Works.
Sakthivel is an HR strategist with vast experience in organisational development, change management, leadership development, digitisation and innovation, business process engineering, and employee relations.
Sakthivel graduated from Pondicherry University with a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.), Human Resources, and Industrial Relations from PSG College of Arts and Science.
