Irani Srivastava Roy Has Been Appointed The CHRO OF Signify India

Irani has moved to Signify from Max Life Insurance Company Limited where she was EVP, Head Distribution HR, and Diversity & Inclusion

Signify has appointed Irani Srivastava Roy as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), India.

Irani's role will be of aligning the organization’s people strategy with business objectives, building a transformational and diverse organization, talent development and management, and implementing HR systems and policies.

Talking about her experience, Irani has over two decades of experience in the HR domain. 

Irani has moved to Signify from Max Life Insurance Company Limited where she was EVP, Head Distribution HR, and Diversity & Inclusion.

Signify holds a master’s in Business Administration from International Management Institute – IMI.
