Imarticus Learning, India’s front-running professional education firm, is on a hiring spree and has announced its new hiring plan from this month onwards. The platform currently has a 450-member-strong team compared to last year’s 240 members, indicating a 100% increase. Taking this trend forward, the company seeks to add around 200 more members to its team to support its expansion.

Imarticus Learning follows a highly employee-centric hiring process, and it hires employees with the intention of retaining them in the long run. The professional education firm encourages gender diversity and inclusivity amongst its employees This is also evident by the fact that 58% of those working for the organization are women employees. It is expected that 40% of the new employees will be for the Retail team, 30% for the Admissions team, and 30% for the Corporate, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Tech teams.
