India Tech Talent League 2023, hosted by MyAnatomy and powered by BW People, forged partnerships with THub as the Knowledge Partner, Chitkara as the University Partner, Rubiscape as the Endorsement Partner, CEED as the Innovation Partner, and Ontrapi as the Startup Ecosystem Partner, all united in their mission to create a level and equitable field for technology talent, on 12th October 2023.

The meticulously orchestrated one-day conference, brought to life by Chinmay Kumar Dash and his Bengaluru-based organisation, MyAnatomy, powered by BW People, united over 350 distinguished leaders. This exceptional gathering comprised CEOs, CXOs, CHROs, academic luminaries, industry titans and influential thought leaders, all converging on a common platform.

In the esteemed role of the keynote speaker, J A Chowdary, former Special Chief Secretary & IT Advisor to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, delivered a resounding and impactful address, emphasising the compelling urgency for India to swiftly adapt to the sweeping tides of change ushered in by AI and automation.

In the thought-provoking panel discussion, 'From Disruption to Innovation: The Transformative Power of AI and Automation in Talent Management,' Ganesh Shenoy, the Chief Mentor at MyAnatomy, set the stage for a riveting conversation. Nikhil Agarwal, CEO of IIT Kanpur, emphasised the imperative of a judicious approach to AI integration, warning against the blind pursuit of trends. Alongside him, Subramanyam Yadavalli, CEO of Apollo Hospitals, Shrikant Sinha, CEO of the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge, Satyendra Pasalapudi, Managing Director of INFOLOB Global, Inc., and Vishal Mani, Managing Director of Nemetschek India, each contributed invaluable insights into the transformative technologies shaping their respective domains.

In the second panel, titled “Future of Education & Employability in the Age of AI & Automation,' the discourse revolved around the infusion of AI and technology into the fabric of education. Piyush Garg, Vice President of the Center for Entrepreneurship Education and Development (CEED) at Chitkara University, underscored the critical importance of forging collaborations among academia, industry luminaries, visionaries and enterprising minds. Joining him on the panel of illustrious experts were Rajesh Dhuddu (SVP Global Head Emerging Technology at Tech Mahindra), Aravinda Kumar (Director, Talent Acquisition at Model N), Katta Narasimha Reddy (Hon’ble Vice Chancellor at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad), Kalyan Kumar Bhattlapenumarthy (Vice President Information Technology at Columbus), Arya Pattnaik (Head-Campus Relations at KEKA HR), and S. Anand Reddy (Head - Learning and Organisational Development at Hetero & Chairman ISTD Hyderabad). 

In the intimate fireside conversation, Shrikant Sinha (CEO of TASK) and Talees Rizvi (Director, BW People & BW CFO World) harmoniously echoed the need to strike a balance between innovation and the steadfast pillars of foundational knowledge.

With the topic “Developing the In-Demand Skills for Future of Work” the third panel, under the guidance of Emmanuel Gosula, Head of Talent Development for India & APAC at EPAM Systems, explored the necessity for a collaborative approach to bridge the gap between industry and academia. 

In the midst of the event, the audience was spellbound by a mesmerising display of magic was brought to life by the duo of Vighnesh Pandey and Javed Khan. 

Syed Maqbool Ahmed, former ISRO scientist, held the audience captive with his riveting discourse on ISRO's groundbreaking innovations and capabilities. With illuminating revelations from the remarkable Chandrayaan 3.0 mission, he delved into the lunar odysseys of Chandrayaan 1 and Chandrayaan 2. He was awarded with the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award.’

J A Chowdary was honored with the title of "Digital Vishwakarma" which is recognised for sculpting an innovative tech landscape. Mahankali Srinivas Rao (MSR), CEO of T-Hub, was hailed as the 'Cyber Kautilya' akin to the legendary Chanakya.  

The grand commencement of India Tech Talent League 2023 in Hyderabad marked the initiation of profound dialogues regarding the transformative influence of cutting-edge technologies on talent management, employability and education. The baton of this crucial conversation will be passed on to upcoming events in Bangalore, Pune and Delhi.
