GreenHonchos, a leading full-stack D2C enabler, has recently announced its plans to increase its workforce by more than 125 per cent, onboarding over 250 employees. This recent announcement is a result of the 300% y-o-y client growth that the company witnessed in the past year. With a growing number of national & international clients, GreenHonchos aims to serve them even better by building an expert workforce of eCommerce enablers.

Despite the current hiring crunch across several industries, GreenHonchos is accelerating its hiring spree and plans to onboard resources across functions. “Trained talent from the industry is a rarity, hence Learning & Development of skill sets in-house is a sustained effort through this year. We're rolling out GH Academy as a focused initiative to hone capability building across the organisation” added Navin Joshua, Founder & Director, GreenHonchos.
