GE Power Elevates Pramath Nath As CHRO

GE Power, US-based multinational energy technology company has announced the elevation of Pramath Nath as Chief Human Resources Officer - Asia Pacific & Japan, Steam Power.

Nath joined GE Power in 2019 as the HR Leader of Steam Power in South Asia and within a few months of joining he took over CSR and Facilities functions.

Nath is a business professional with 24 years of experience in managing diverse facets of Business Transformation and Human Resources. His specialization spans across industrial- employee relations, talent management, start-ups and post-merger integration. His experience includes working across industries like pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospitality, retail, information technology, shared services, consulting and power.

In his previous assignment, he was Executive Director – Human Resources leading the function for the Advisory Practice in KPMG India. Prior to moving into this role, he dual-hatted as Head - HR for KPMG's Global Delivery Center (KGDC) and Head - Business Transformation for KPMG Global Services (KGS). Pramath main accomplishment has been to lead the people and cultural transformation of KGDC.

He has also served as the Global Talent Manager for Executives in Hewlett Packard's worldwide Finance, Legal, Corporate Strategy, Labs, Marketing and Communications organizations. He led the Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development for 7 of HP's CXOs who reported to the Global CEO.

Pramath did LL. B from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He’s a certified Trainer from Indian Society for Training and Development, Delhi; and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore.
