Pune-based FLASH Electronics announces the appointment of Rajnish Diwan as Chief Executive Officer at the company. This decision aligns with the company’s strategy to accelerate its growth trajectory, foster innovation, and reinforce its position as a preferred automotive component manufacturer.

Mr. Diwan brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization, with 38 years of comprehensive experience and a demonstrated track record of success in the business. His proficiency in strategy, business restructuring, and performance transformation has enhanced the operations of his previous companies. With his impeccable leadership qualities, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and organisational growth.

In his new role as CEO, Mr. Rajnish Diwan will be responsible for the strategic direction of Flash operations in India for the new automotive business trends, i.e., connected, autonomous, shared, and electrified mobility solutions. He will be developing & nurturing strategic associations to expand into new business sectors.

Moreover, he will also be managing the overall operations of the company, driving innovation, and nurturing key relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. He will lead a team of talented professionals and work collaboratively to strengthen the company’s market position and enhance the product portfolio. And also oversee the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development goals (SDGs)

Prior to FLASH, he was an integral part of Denso Corporation Japan. He was one of the initial members to establish and expand Denso’s business in India. He gained rich experience managing and conferring with complex and diverse boards during his stint at Denso in India. He has also worked with prominent brands like Eicher in his automotive career.

A Mechanical Engineer and Management expert from IIM Calcutta, Mr. Diwan has diversified techno-commercial experience in India’s automotive industry at reputed OEM and Tier I companies.
