Ang will bring a fresh perspective to the skills and knowledge required by hospitality professionals, particularly given the impact of the pandemic on the industry and the changes it is undergoing in response.

Hospitality education group Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne has appointed Jenny Ang as the Managing Director of its Singapore campus. 

Ang joined Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne on September 1.

Ang will bring a fresh perspective to the skills and knowledge required by hospitality professionals, particularly given the impact of the pandemic on the industry and the changes it is undergoing in response.

Ang has over 15 years of management experience in higher education, classical music, and the arts industry. She spent much of her career with the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music at the National University of Singapore, where she held several senior positions including Deputy Director (Artistic Administration & Strategic Development). Her portfolio covered strategic initiatives concerning institutional brand management, curriculum design, building international networks, public engagement and partnerships.
