With the demand for their services growing rapidly, BetterPlace, India’s largest full-stack tech platform for frontline workforce management, has appointed former Monster.com exec Vikram Bhaskar as their new Chief Business Officer (CBO) - Software Business & Benefits. With over 20 years of experience in companies ranging from Times Internet, GE Money, HDFC Bank, and Quikr, Vikram comes with a strong business acumen that is geared towards ensuring business growth and success.

Prior to joining BetterPlace, Vikram was the Chief Revenue Officer of Monster.com where he turned around the business during the difficult pandemic period and helped raise additional funds for the company based on the strong performance metrics. He proved his vigor with similar performance in Quikr.com as their Business Head where he turned their blue-collar jobs platform ‘Quikrjobs’ into a profitable business in a short span of 17 months.
