BW People Celebrates Top Forward-Thinking HR Practitioners
The awards aim to recognize insightful and talented 40 Under 40 HR professionals who have the zeal to bring about a change in the industry.
With increased complexities of human behavior, HR is not only seen as a support function but has extended its role to all business verticals.
BW People's inaugural 'HR 40 Under 40', in association with BW Businessworld, recognises HR professionals who have the zeal to make the industry, and the HR function, future ready.
Championing the cause of change, the summit brought together some of the most distinguished HR luminaries on one virtual platform for enlightening dialogues on pressing human resources issues of the near future.
A total of 107 nominations were received. Out of these 67 were shortlisted for the jury. These were carefully analyzed by the jury and the top 41 HR professionals were awarded today in a virtual awards ceremony.
