Astrid Warren appointed as the Chief People Officer of IDEMIA.

Previously Warren was associated with SITA as the Senior Vice President - Human Resources.

IDEMIA, a French multinational firm providing identity-related security services, appointed Astrid Warren as their CPO. She will also be a member of the Executive Committee. She will be reporting directly to IDEMIA Group President and CEO. Warren will be overseeing the People strategy and agenda for the IDEMIA Group. 


On her appointment, Pierre Barrial, IDEMIA Group President & CEO, said "I am very pleased to welcome Astrid Warren to IDEMIA’s executive committee. Astrid brings exceptional experience across all facets of human resources strategy and development on a global scale. Her deep experience in leading Human Resources in the tech industry - where she has spent her entire career - combined with a proven track record of building high performing, diverse teams who deliver business results across regions and cultures, will be a great asset to our Group.”


Warren has over 20 years of industrial experience. She was previously working as the Senior Vice-President Human Resources for SITA. She was also associated with Microsoft for over 13 years, where she held several senior HR leadership roles, such as head of HR for Microsoft Middle East & Africa, in Turkey.
