Accenture and ServiceNow join hands to launch a global business unit whose main focus will be digital transformation projects the unit will have 8500 essential people having skills in service now and we'll work on boosting consumers' flow and platform development, marketing sales, and business development.

The unit will be known as the ‘Accenture ServiceNow business group’ which will particularly focus on helping customers create more self-service and remote work programs.

Accenture has already led several major ServiceNow projects as he is currently a ServiceNow global elite partner.

Accenture  ServiceNow business group will deliver industry and domain-specific solution and services to customers in financial sectors, manufacturing, government, healthcare, and life sciences. Workflow innovation will focus on employee engagement, customer service and operations, artificial intelligence for IT operations, and security and risk. Additional industry solutions will be developed soon.

The timing of the development coincides with the timing of software Window rolling out its new ServiceNow partner industry solution marketplace. Accenture was one of the inaugural partners to join the new platform. Recently, this month, global people development firm Cornerstone OnDemand announced that it has integrated with ServiceNow, allowing users to access CSOD learning tools via ServiceNow with immediate effect. The partnerships validate the growing importance of digital transformation globally, which has been catalysed by the pandemic.
