Prabhash Nirbhay

Prabhash is the core founder of Flipcarbon which he incepted in January 2015. He is an accomplished and result driven HR Professional, with a consistent career record of more than 15 years in all aspects of HR with significant contribution to organization effectiveness. Performance Management is Prabhash’s principal expertise. Prabhash has a proven track record & ability to conceptualise, design and implement Strategic Employee Communication tools with an objective to foster a high performance, high engagement culture. He is a subject matter expert on Employee Engagement with more than 10 years of experience in handling employee engagement surveys, action planning and enterprise initiatives. He is currently rolling out Happiness Action Plan, a Flipcarbon IP on engagement & performance. A Post Graduate in HR, Prabhash is quite a bit of a stalwart with various awards & articles published, which have been very well recognised & received. He has conceptualised, designed and run various Development Centres. Growing our Timber is an award winning (People Matters L&D League – Innovation in L&D, 2016) shop Floor to supervisor programme. Prabhash is a multi-process Trainer who doyens many roles .He expertise include areas like Unconscious Bias and Diversity including enabling areas like POSH. Prabhash is a performance coach aswell, assisting start-up founders & middle managers extract the best value from themselves & their teams. He also enables the early performance of young professionals through his Campus to Corporate workshop “The Hero’s Journey.” Key awards under his belt include- NIPM Gold Medal, Sir Ratan Tata Trust Scholarship, SABMiller Best HR Strategist etc. Some of his prominent published news articles include. Most recently, Corporate Citizen featured an interview with Prabhash titled The Maverick HR Leader (Corporate Citizen, October 16-31, 2017).He is currently pursuing his MA in Psychology and hopes to soon publish his own emotions about workplace emotions. Career: Prabhash spearheads consultancy for some key accounts with Flipcarbon which include -SABMiller India, Relaxo Footwear, Jayanti Group, VIP Industries, CEAT, Reliance Brands, John Deere, Neoniche Integrated Solutions Private Limited, Leighton India Contractors, Royal Bank of Scotland etc. Before starting Flipcarbon, Prabhash headed HR (Operations) at SABMiller India where he successfully completed assignments across the Talent Management, Performance Management and Industrial Relations space. Having started his career in cement at ACC Ltd, he subsequently worked across Fashion & Retail (Vanity Fair and Arvind Brands) & Food & Beverages sectors (SABMiller India).
