I am always humming one or the other tune. Right now it is ‘yeh sham mastani madhosh kiye jaaye’


4. One dialogue of a movie that motivates you or you like the most?

‘Koi tumhe tab tak nahi hara sakta jab tak tum khud se na haar jao’ from the movie Sultan

6. If your life was to be turned into a movie who would you like to play your part?

7. Luck or hard work, what do you think weighs more in defining a successful person?

It is always hard work. A successful person is not gifted, he just works hard and succeeds on purpose.


8. One best decision you ever made?

I stuck to my present organization despite receiving several tempting offers from other market leaders.


9. A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in personal or professional life?

10. Whose advise you seek when in dilemma?

My father, some close friends and business mentors


11. What has been your biggest achievement?

Always being able to find ways to learn and grow every day. This has also helped me pull off some very challenging projects, that were stated as impossible to accomplish by many of my co-workers.


12. One thing that you want to change in yourself?

I think I need to learn to draw boundaries between work and personal time and monitor my health regularly.


13. A line said by your closed one that you never forget?

Just before our marriage, on Valentine’s day, my wife gifted me a revolving dancing couple figurine and said ‘all my life, by your side.’ I can never forget those words.
