I am raising two smart and grounded girls - what could be more rewarding than that. 

One thing that you want to change in yourself

One of the few things I have noticed with time is how little time I spend outdoors. And I’d like to change that!

My professor once told me “If you don't practice, you don't deserve to win”. That has stuck with me throughout my life.
