If not in the current Profession, You would be?

I would be a Formula 1 racer. Speed excites me and with the rush that it gives to be behind the wheels of an F1 car is unparalleled.

Ain’t No Mountain High Enough by Marvin Gaye. This song inspires me to keep going and conquer all obstacles.

One Book to read when you want to motivate yourself.

Great by Choice by James C. Collins. It’s a great read.

One Dialogue of a movie that motivates you or you like the most.

‘Come back with your shield, or on it’. This dialogue is from the movie 300 and I absolutely relate to the passion he feels while being on a mission. It’s a Do or Die for the Spartans and I can relate to the warrior in them!

The Place you never been to and always want to go.

I would want to visit Venice to experience the unique transportation through the city with scenic beauty.

An animal that signifies you & why?

It would be Tiger as it signifies strength, courage and great leadership. They are also charming and majestic.

A Movie Character you most resemble or resonate with.

Gerard Butler from the Movie 300. An inspiring role which resonates team spirit and passion to fight despite their limited resources.

Choose one from each below:

a) Marvel or DC

b) Batman or Superman

c) Tom or Jerry

d) Chacha Chaudhary or Super Commando Dhruv

Batman – He is the hero and saviour for Gotham city! I admire his Car and ofcourse his strength to fight the evil and win with goodness.

If your life was to be turned into a movie who would you like to play your part?

I would like Shahrukh Khan to play my part. His wit and charm are unparalleled. Also, he has a great business sense which makes him the perfect actor to play my role.

Luck or Hard Work, What do you think weighs more in defining a successful Person?

Although I believe that luck might play some role in individual’s success. But I am sure that hard work definitely does. Luck might fail, hard work doesn’t because the least that can happen to you when you work hard is that you get to learn … which is the most important part.

One best decision you ever made.

The best decision I made was to trust my instincts and choose the path of entrepreneurship. I couldn’t have taken a better decision and had it any other way.

A strategy that you always use to take your decisions in Personal or Professional life?

Collaborative and inclusive brainstorming always works for me. For all personal matters, my brother and I along with our family sit together and come to a consensus. Similarly, for Professional decisions, I have a strong team I can bank upon them completely. They have been a pillar to the organization and also have come up with some great ideas while thinking through for our company.

Whose advise you seek when in dilemma?

I seek advice from my brother both personally and professionally. He always makes my decision-making process simpler. And how can I not mention about my beautiful wife, Pihu. She has been a strong hold in my life for more than 15 years!

What has been your biggest achievement?

My Biggest achievement has been the day I made my parents proud, first on my graduation day and then building a company that has sustained some really tough roads and become a success story today.

One thing that you want to change in yourself.

I want to start spending more time with my family, because eventually, family is my pillar and strength.

A line said by your closed one that you never forget.
