Whose advice do you seek when in a dilemma?

I refer to the Living Enlightenment book, it has answers to any and every dilemma I face. The book is a living deity. As initiated by our Guru His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. we meditate chanting the Mahavakya ‘Om Nithyananda Paramashivoham’ get into the space of oneness with our guru, who is an embodiment of the cosmic source of Creation, with our question and open the book and it just opens to the page that has the answer to that specific question.

What has been your biggest achievement?

Becoming a mother

One thing that you want to change in yourself.

I am not ferocious enough with myself in exercising self-discipline in looking after my physical fitness and things I need to follow to have a yogic body, starting with something as basic as yoga every day at 4 am.

‘Welcome back’ said by my Guru when I met him a few months after I had stepped away briefly unable to handle the storm In the city of Ujjain where I was attending his program at the Kumbh Mela.
