Walmart Labs, the global in-house center for Walmart, has appointed Sudeep Ralhan as the company’s Senior Director – Human Resources.Based out of Walmart Labs’ office in Bangalore, Ralhan will be responsible for delivery of the overall HR strategy, compensation and talent initiatives.

With over 16 years of experience across the IT, BPO & FMCG industries, Sudeep has donned diverse roles. He completed his PGDBA from IMT, Ghaziabad in 2001, and after spending 2 years with Polaris Software, moved to Accenture. From Accenture, he joined GSK in 2013. As a Country HR Head, he helped drive all functions of HR at GSK.
