Ashish Gosavi has been appointed as Head – Operations, Customer Services & Contact Centre of Universal Sompo General Insurance Company Limited w.e.f. 19th October 2020. He brings over 22 years of extensive experience, entirely in the Insurance Sector in India & Malaysia.

Prior to joining Universal Sompo, Mr. Gosavi has been working with a Global insurer, AIA Bhd, as Head – Applications Management – Business Solutions, based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In his career of 22 years, he has worked in various leadership roles and was associated with L&T General Insurance, Reliance General Insurance, ICICI Lombard & New India Assurance Co. Ltd.

Ashish Gosavi received Master’s Degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai, Fellowship from Insurance Institute of India and is Certified Process Auditor & CS (I).
