With changing time there is a change in way of mentoring as well. While certainly there are challenges like engagement among mentors and mentees or the lack of attention span with digital mentoring but at the same time connectivity has also increased and learning has been democratic. So certainly, it will be interesting to see how this pandemic will shape the mentorship for decades to come.
