Prior to joining TI, Pragya worked with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as Company Secretary for over six years.

Tilaknagar Industries Limited (TI) (BSE: 507205) (NSE: TI), a leading alco-bev manufacturer, today announced the appointment of Pragya Kaul as President - Governance and Compliance, effective immediately. With over two decades of work experience in the industry, Pragya will be responsible for overseeing and leading the governance and compliance functions at TI.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr Amit Dahanukar, Chairman and Managing Director, TI said, “During her career, Pragya has worked with some of India’s leading companies including listed entities that are operating in diverse sectors. We are certain that her experience, knowledge and expertise in the corporate governance and compliance domains will be an asset for the company.”

Prior to joining TI, Pragya worked with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as Company Secretary for over six years. During her stint, she led various operations that included digitalisation of compliance management, acquisition of listed company and transition of board, promoter reclassification, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) advisory, to name a few. She was also actively involved in various legal functions at the company.

Before Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, Pragya was associated with prominent companies that include Welspun Energy Limited (Welspun Group), Bajaj Power Ventures Limited (Bajaj Hindusthan Group), Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd., as Company Secretary.

Pragya holds an LLB degree from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI.
