Rajendra Mehta joins Synergy Capital, private equity and strategic advisory firm as Executive Director and will assume his role on November 10, 2019. 

Rajendra will be based out of Dubai and will spearhead the Human Resources Capability agenda for investee companies and contribute towards all the advisory mandates that Synergy Capital takes as part of its key customer relationships. Synergy has invested in assets across Thailand, Indonesia, and India. The pipeline of the future is equally exciting. 

Rajendra has more than 25 years of experience in organisational transformation, talent management, change of leadership, performance measurement and management, learning and capability development, and employee engagement programs.

Rajendra is a professionally qualified human resource professional and respected in the industry. He has worked in diversified sectors Engineering, Mining and Smelting, Media and Entertainment, Retail and Financial Services. Rajendra has worked in multiple geographies in India and overseas.
