Sterling and Wilson announce the appointment of Raghu Menon as the Chief Executive Officer of its CoGen Business. He will be responsible for business development, market growth, and the P&L for the business. Menon has been with the company as a COO since 2018.
Commenting on his appointment as the CEO, Raghu Menon said, “I am glad for the role given to me to lead the business, and I will endeavor to drive the company’s vision of power generation through efficient technologies and customized solutions. We will work as a cohesive and collaborative team with the sole aim of delivering solutions that are customer-centric and lead to customer delight.”
As a COO, Menon was responsible for Ontime Performance, Quality Supply, HSE Implementation, P&L support with top and bottom-line achievements of the CoGen Business. Menon has more than two decades of experience across industrial products and turnkey solutions, having played CXO roles in Oil & Gas and Power Generation companies. He has worked with Global MNCs at the P&L role and in various functions of technology, M&A, business development, product development, overseas market penetration, vendor development, and operations management.
Menon is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
