Sasakawa-India Leprosy Foundation (S-ILF), an organization working for the socio-economic development of persons affected by leprosy and their families announces the appointment of Dr. Vivek Lal as their new CEO. During the momentous journey that has clocked more than a decade, S-ILF has relentlessly worked towards mainstreaming persons affected by leprosy and their families through socio-economic empowerment. Dr. Lal is a medical practitioner with a specialization in Community Medicine from AIIMS, Delhi. He has several years of experience working in the field of leprosy and humanitarian services and has earlier worked as Director Health at German Leprosy & TB Relief Association.
