Kimberly-Clark corporation appoints Sandi Karmann as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer effective on 26 October 2020.

Karmann reports to Mike Hsu chairman and chief executive officer of Kimberly Clark and serves on the company's executive leadership team. She will have global responsibility for human resource function which includes development and performance management, talent recruit, compensation and employee benefit and labour relations.

Carmen has worked on many senior roles at PepsiCo, YUM! , Pizza Hut and recently with tenet health. She has bachelor's degree in psychology and communication from University of Michigan and master's degree in finance from the University of Southern California.
