Reliance Power Appoints Subrajit Bhowmick As CFO
Prior to joining Reliance Power, he was associated with the group with Reliance Infrastructure Limited as Chairman (Finance)
Reliance Power on Saturday said it has appointed Subrajit Bhowmick as the company’s chief financial officer (CFO). In a communication sent to BSE, it has been said that the current CFO Sandeep Khosla has been promoted to the CFO of Reliance Infrastructure Limited, the promoter of Reliance Power Ltd.
Bhowmik is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary with a vast experience of more than 25 years. He is associated with Reliance Group for the last 11 years. Prior to joining Reliance Power, he was associated with the group with Reliance Infrastructure Limited as Chairman (Finance). According to the company, both these appointments are effective from September 25, 2021.
